[help] Big Boeing FMC User's Guide

Hello,

I'm a beginner and I'm still learning how to use the FMC on the PS1.

On page 21 of the "Big Boeing FMC User's Guide", there is a route in the middle of the page:

180 HGD
(1000)
140 HDG
COL 180
090
COL/20
020
(INTC)
170 <----------- ?
JFK
310 HDG
VECTORS
280
TEB

Why after (INTC) it is "170" (degree) to JFK?

For a FMC entry, is there any difference between a "170 HDG" and a "170" (degree)?
