Tiller 1.2x/brakes

Tiller is installed on a seperate computer(DirX 8.0) and working fine with CH- joystick except for the fact that I can't get the brakes working with any of the pushbuttons.
No matter which pushbutton I program there is no response in PS1 while the stirring function works OK.
I have ofcourse installed latest versions of Broker.IPC and Viserve and vidtsr+ps1 is started in a DOS box.
All other goodies like engine sounds,flightcrew,VMD are working fine.

I noticed in tiller set-up/calibration that f.e when I push stick button 1 the tiller pushbutton window jumps to 2 and button 2 to 3 and so on.none are working also when I force any number.
I check the joystick under windows and there the buttons are corresponding with the correct number.

Any suggestions?
