Disabling Joystick Twist for CH rudders to work?

Hi All,

I have a Logitech Wingman Extreme joystick with a "Twist" function that I'd like to Disable so there's No conflict with my CH Rudder Pedals (USB). I'd much rather use my pedals for the rudder.

After struggling with the Joy13.map file in XP, I still am having no luck on this.

Does anyone know how to cancel the "twist" function on my joystick and allow my CH rudder pedals to handle the rudders instead?

Any help is appreciated.
