ACARS printing

Hi all,

I have been trying to print ACARS messages through the external MCDU and Squawkbox747 but to no avail. I have two printers that work fine with other applications but SB747 hangs for a long time after saying it is printing, then says it has printed the message, although it has not.

Can anyone offer advice? Thanks in advance.
