Sudden SimWx Problem

SimWx was working fine last week. Now all of a sudden it can't connect to the internet. It launches normally, and the Broker registers it's presence. When I hit "Start" it ends in an error, saying:

Internet Connection Error
http://weather.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/getmetar.pl?cccc=YSSY
12029:Cannot connect
SimWx shutting down, please try again later!
Program terminated at 5:33:11 AM

But when I type in that URL manually, I get the correct weather for YSSY in my browser. That implies that the problem isn't with the URL being bad; it's with SimWx actually connecting to the internet. But I am connected to the internet, see, I'm posting this to the forum! Anyway, SimWx was working a week ago and I don't think I changed anything. Any ideas? Thanks.
