timestamping/keylogging

Hi all,

I am a doctoral student running an experiment where I need to capture and timestamp a pilot's button presses as they interact with the FMS.

I am looking for an FMS simulator that has the capability to save a timestamped keystroke/button press log of all the actions that take place on the interface. I note that PS1.3 has "Data output for external add-on programs" but it is not clear what, exactly, it outputs. Does Aerowinx output button presses with timestamps?
