Fire test

Hi,

Can someone explains me the difference between the SQUIB test on the overhead maintenance panel and the fire/ovht test, as used by the flightcrew during the pre-flight, on the overhead panel. Except the fact that the SQUIB test is probably only used by the maintenance crew during groung tests.
