New Company LOGO

We have been looking at doing a new Logo for our company, as you can see from the Picture attached our current logo is ageing to say the least.
Would any of you clever art-y types want to have a go at a new logo for me???

Our company colours are Green and Gold (Yellow)
And we sell Truck Accessories (Pretty stuff that bolts on to trucks)

In return I will donate $500 to Worldflight 2005 next year on your behalf, if we use your Logo.
