Hi Pierre,

I had a similar problem, being able to print from other applications, but not SB747. I did two things to solve the problem, but I cannot remember if both are needed. I have shared the printer across the network and I make sure that the printer is turned on before the PC. Try the second suggestion first. You may not need to share it.
